No matter how impossible it may seem to the employer at the start of the brief to find the ideal candidate - if we say we can do it, we deliver. The reason why we have such a high success rate is due to the screening tools and training we have available to our consultants as well as each consultant is a specialist in the area they recruit in, we would rather decline a role if we do not feel that we can do the role or the client justice.
